INTHEKNOW Global, Influencer Marketing and Talent Management agency, is looking for a Talent Assistant to join their growing team. Reporting into the Senior Talent Manager, you will be supporting on the day to day management of our diverse and exciting talent roster. The ideal candidate must be an intelligent, organised, enthusiastic and a creative team player with a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape globally. An ideal candidate will have some experience in Talent Management or Influencer Marketing with a strong understanding of Influencer Marketing.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Day to day liaison with Talent; must be a good communicator and have an upbeat, bubbly personality;
- Supporting on building strategies for Talent, including sponsored campaigns, relationship building and social media consultation;
- Co-ordinating gifting for talent and managing paid campaigns;
- Build relationships with brand partners;
- Staying on top of beauty, lifestyle and fashion industries and understanding of consumer / social media trends;
- Provide administrative support to team and talent roster including managing event calendars and taking meeting notes;
- Managing internal databases to include deal details, brand contacts and talent metrics;
- Create, update and maintain media kits, decks and case studies;
- Assisting on company’s social media strategy, including creating content and scheduling.
Professional experience & skills:
- Experience in Talent Management or Influencer Marketing preferred;
- Good knowledge of Influencer landscape;
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment;
- Possess excellent team skills;
- Ability to work to deadlines;
- Confident communicator;
- Existing brand and influencer contacts;
- Excellent knowledge of social media landscape including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok;
- Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
