INTHEKNOW Global is a creator management and influencer marketing agency looking for a Junior Talent Manager to join our growing Talent team. Our mission is to make the industry more transparent through our approach to client relations and communication, helping to build the careers and opportunities for our exciting and diverse talent roster.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Talent Manager based in London. The ideal candidate must be intelligent, organised, enthusiastic, and a creative team player with a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape globally. An ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience working in a Talent or Influencer Marketing agency with a strong understanding of Influencer Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
- Client liaison and ensuring INTHEKNOW provides efficient and quality service to all talent.
- Maintaining strong relationships that provide support and ensure that they are adhering to any responsibilities.
- Organising and overseeing brand collaborations for your talent roster.
- Building knowledge and confidence on contracts, with support from the senior talent team.
- Managing inbound requests from talent’s inboxes and responding in a timely manner.
- Working alongside the senior team to build strategies for talent, including sponsored campaigns, career and income opportunities, relationship building, and social media consultation.
- Beginning to build own relationships with brand partners on behalf of talent, to increase brand collaborations.
- Assisting on hitting KPIs for both talent and agency goals.
- Staying on top of beauty, lifestyle, and fashion industries and understanding consumer/social media trends.
- Providing support to senior team members' rosters including gifting and events.
- Providing support to the talent team on any relevant projects or tasks.
- Beginning to research prospective talent that may be relevant to approach for management.
- Assisting on the agency’s social media strategy, creating content and reposting content on the INTHEKNOW social media platforms.
- Working as a team player, pitching all relevant talent where necessary to support overall agency needs.
Professional Experience & skills:
- 1-2 years experience working in Talent Management.
- Good knowledge of the Influencer landscape.
- Contacts in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently.
- Possess excellent team skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the social media landscape including Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
