Brand and Marketing Intern

INTHEKNOW Global, Influencer Marketing and Talent Management agency, is looking for a Influencer Marketing Intern to join their growing team. This can also be as part of a placement year at University. Reporting into the Talent Manager, you will be supporting on the day to day management of our diverse and exciting talent roster, and assisting on the influencer marketing efforts for our leading beauty clients. The ideal candidate must be an intelligent, organised, enthusiastic and a creative team player with a strong interest in the influencer marketing landscape globally. This role is a part time role (hours to be discussed) with the possibility of increasing hours as you progress. Main responsibilities will include: · Staying on top of beauty, lifestyle and fashion industries and understanding of consumer / social media trends · Build relationships with Influencers; · Provide administrative support to team; · Managing internal Influencer databases; · Building influencer lists for brand seeding; · Reporting on influencer coverage for brands; · Supporting senior team on influencer campaigns and UGC sourcing; · Assisting on company’s social media strategy, including creating content and scheduling. Professional experience & skills: · Interest in Influencer Marketing; · Good knowledge of Influencer landscape; · The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment; · Possess excellent team skills; · Ability to work to deadlines; · Excellent knowledge of social media landscape including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok; · Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills; · Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
