Job Description: The PreâSales Engineer will provide our customers with technical expertise and professional services to ensure they meet their objectives. This role is key to the company's success, collaborating with customers, partners, and internal Intezer colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Team and conduct a successful POC, responsible for the POC process and management.
- Understand each customer's security process and make recommendations based on Intezer's solution and best practices.
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure maximum utilization of our solution and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Establish highly effective relationships with senior executives and key decisionâmakers to ensure a close and successful longâterm business relationship.
- Onboard new customersâdesign, deploy, configure, and integrate Intezer solution in their environment and workflows.
- Assist customers with product questions and issues; work with Intezer teams to resolve issues and answer queries.
- Identify upâsell opportunities and communicate potential risks that could threaten renewals.
- Monitor and maintain client health score, proactively drive action throughout the customer lifecycle to reduce churn risk.
What do you need to succeed?
- PreâSales and/or Customer Success experience.
- Experience in customerâfacing roles.
- Familiarity with different products, processes, and ecosystem.
- Nice to have: Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Additional languageâa plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Team Player: Lead crossâfunctionallyâcollaborate with internal teams to drive alignment, understand customer perceptions, and partner to exceed expectations.
- Work closely with Product and Professional Service teams to track optimization requests, best practices/technical recommendations, and ensure account issues are resolved quickly.
