Founded in 2004, Intex Facades has successfully completed over 300 SFS and Rain screen Cladding projects nationwide. Intex Facades Limited are looking for experienced Zinc Cladding Fixers for our London based project. You will report into the Site Manager for strip and reclad including fire stops. Essential Qualifications and experience: CSCS Card Good cladding and fire stop knowledge Experience with Zinc Duties: Removal of cladding system Seaming (Zinc) Installation of fire stops Reclad / installation Own tools required To perform the job in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time Additional information: Start Date – ASAP Rate – Price work / £200 day rate Site Hours 08:00 – 17:00 AMRT1_UKTJ …
