The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior team members and support them in the following activities:

  • Assist transaction team leaders in the negotiation and execution of structured finance transactions, including the credit and administrative/internal process as well as discrete elements of the documentation and due diligence processes.
  • Provide analytical and modelling support to deal team members in transactions.
  • Participate and support other senior members of the team in the origination activities with the clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration/ an MBA or Master Degree Program in Banking and/or Finance.
  • General understanding of international business and knowledge of financial products, Finance, Accounting, and documentation.
  • Credit Analysis and financial modelling skills.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English (Italian would be a plus), both written and spoken.
