We are looking for a new Intern to support and cooperate with the Relationship Managers in their activities and manage the relationship with the reference customer on the territory of competence. As well as, ensure the execution of all administrative requirements to support the Relationship Managers.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the Relationship Managers in achieving the profitability, commercial and risk goals for the customers in question.
- Support the Relationship Managers in targeted customer visits to achieve defined commercial goals.
- Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management.
- Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.
- Guarantee the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.
- Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance.
