You will support origination and execution activities by preparing client presentations and marketing materials. You will conduct financial and credit analysis for M&A, LBO, and financing transactions, while collaborating with internal teams such as Credit and product specialists (e.g., DCM, ECM, M&A). You will participate in client meetings to help identify new business and cross-selling opportunities, assist in credit approval processes, and support execution tasks including NDAs, compliance monitoring, and CRM updates.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Assist senior bankers to support origination activities by preparing marketing materials as pitches, internal and external decks
- Conduct financial and credit analyses for M&A, LBOs, and financing transactions
- Collaborate closely with key departments within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, such as Credit, Legal, Compliance, Industry and Product teams as Leveraged Acquisition Finance, DCM, ECM, M&A
- Participate in client meetings to drive new business development and identify potential lending and cross-selling opportunities
- Support and assist execution teams during credit approval processes
- Assist with execution of NDAs, compliance monitoring for sensitive transactions, database and CRM updates
