As the Senior Site Engineering Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the site’s critical physical infrastructure and ensure that all activities carried out on the site are done with high quality and without negative impact on internal/external customers. You will actively contribute to establishing a standard operating procedure for the sites by complying with standards and using a controlled change process to continuously improve them. Working closely with the Data Centre Manager, you will oversee the work carried out on the site, serving as a second-level support for more complex issues.

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in mission-critical mechanical & electrical environments within a large company
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field
  • Experience in data centers or similar environments is essential
  • Knowledge of key infrastructure components of data centers (like UPSs, Generators, and Cooling systems)
  • Ability to read and work with Electrical and Mechanical diagrams
  • Experience with maintenance and maintenance systems
  • ITIL and/or ServiceNow experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to prepare and present relevant information to diverse audiences
