We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Elland. This is an office-based role that’s ideal for someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and growing business with both new and existing customers.
You’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and working alongside the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to drive commercial success and deliver exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing- Developing accounts: Growing revenue from existing customers by nurturing relationships and spotting new opportunities.
- Winning new business: Reaching out to warm and cold leads, qualifying them, and converting them into long-term customers.
- Collaborating: Working closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customers have the best experience possible.
- Tracking performance: Logging activity, reporting on results, and helping shape sales strategy with the Head of Sales.
- Building something new: You’ll help shape and grow a relatively new sales channel — we’re excited for you to make it your own.
- 2+ years in a B2B sales or business development role.
- Great phone presence, strong written skills, and confident negotiation ability.
- Someone proactive, target-driven, and genuinely interested in progressing their career in sales.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (bonus if you’ve used HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is helpful, but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to reliably commute to Elland.
- Base salary of £28,500 + bonus scheme and commission
