People are at the front, centre and heart of every service we provide and each decision we make.\\nLocation: HMP Exeter\\nHours: Full time 37.5 hours per week\\nContract: Permanent\\nClosing Date: 18 March 2025\\nKey Responsibilities\\n• Manage a prisoner caseload, supporting the achievement of personal and team targets, including Management Information (PMT) requirements for the contract.\\n• Record all interactions with prisoners on relevant Justice systems, updating case notes and local MI systems.\\n• Documenting advice and goals in an agreed Learning and Work Plan with SMART goals and actions.\\n• Meet, and strive to exceed, personal performance targets (Key Performance Indicators) relating to the number of prisoners seen, reviews undertaken and the number of prisoners moving forward in work and/or learning.\\n• Work flexibly across different prisons to support continuity of service.\\n• Attend custody meetings and where required travel to external events and training to support CPD.\\nSkills and Experience\\n• High level of initiative and motivation with the ability to seek out solutions to problems\\n• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently,\\n• Accountable for own professional development and to undertake necessary training as identified in the Performance Review process\\n• Customer/Service User Focus
