Job Description
We're hiring for a CIAG Careers Adviser to work in custody within our prison.\\nAs a CIAG Adviser, you will work within prison settings, empowering individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and aspirations needed for a fresh start by providing tailored career coaching, workshops, and personalised action plans.\\nYou'll inspire individuals to envision and achieve brighter futures beyond custody. This role is more than just a job it's a chance to transform lives, reduce reoffending, and contribute to stronger communities.\\nOur ideal candidate for a CIAG Adviser within a prison setting would possess a combination of specific skills, qualifications, and personal attributes.
