Interv_l are partnered with a high growth energy software company that are hiring for a GTM Enablement Manager to sit at the heart of a high-growth business, working across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive revenue performance and operational excellence. This is a handsâon role for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving processes and driving projects through to completion.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning crossâfunctional projects endâtoâend across the GTM function
- Improving pipeline performance, lead generation and deal progression
- Building sales enablement materials and optimising CRM/data flows
- Streamlining customer onboarding and reducing timeâtoâvalue
- Identifying and fixing operational friction across teams

- Experience operating across multiple commercial functions (Sales/Marketing/CS)
