  • Leadership experience, with the ability to build, manage and develop a team
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international and growth-focused environment
  • Strategic enough to shape the UK plan, but hands‐on enough to personally drive deals forward

Competitive salary package, company car, flexible working environment, opportunity to lead UK expansion for a major European EV charging infrastructure platform, senior leadership role with real influence over network strategy, chance to build a long-term development pipeline across the UK, international exposure and collaboration with central European teams, high‐impact role in one of the fastest-growing infrastructure markets, mission‐driven environment focused on clean mobility and the energy transition.
