About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility-scale solar PV projects through the full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of solar PV projects from development handover through to commissioning and handover to operations
- Oversee all aspects of EPC execution, including engineering design reviews, procurement coordination, and construction management
- Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress, ensuring milestones and KPIs are achieved
- Lead risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure full compliance with HSE regulations
- Report regularly on project status to senior management and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and performance excellence on-site and across teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering solar EPC projects, ideally utility-scale
- Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction practices within the renewable energy sector
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interface with clients and contractors
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant HSE legislation and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
