Intervl are partnered with a well-established EV charging manufacturer that is continuing to invest heavily in growth across North West of England. As part of this expansion, they’re hiring a Business Development Manager to take ownership of the North West region.

The role is a field-based, customer-facing position focused on building strong relationships and driving new business across North West. You’ll spend most of your time meeting customers in person, developing partnerships and identifying opportunities within a fast-growing EV charging market. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and long-term account development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new business across the North West
  • Build long-term relationships with installers, wholesalers, contractors, developers and commercial partners
  • Meet customers face-to-face across the region
  • Identify, manage and convert new sales opportunities
  • Own and develop your regional sales pipeline
  • Act as a trusted commercial contact in the market

The profile:

This role suits a hungry, self-motivated and driven sales professional who enjoys being out in the field and building relationships. You are likely to be:

  • An experienced BDM or field sales professional
  • Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
  • Excellent at building rapport and long-term relationships
  • Comfortable working autonomously across a large territory
  • Strong in face-to-face customer engagement

Experience in EV charging, electrical products, wholesale, or related sectors would be advantageous, but not essential. Attitude, drive and relationship-building ability are key.
