Intervl is supporting a specialist electronics manufacturing business in the appointment of a commercially minded CTO / Engineering Director to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth. This role is designed for a senior technical leader who combines deep electronics engineering credibility with commercial awareness and strategic capability, and who is motivated to take broader responsibility for business performance, market growth, and organisational leadership.

The Role
