You’ll be building the engine behind one of the UK’s fastest-scaling EV infrastructure rollouts taking a business from tens to hundreds of live sites. The Opportunity

Join a high-growth business at the forefront of urban electrification, delivering ultra-rapid charging infrastructure where it’s needed most. With major funding secured and strategic partnerships in place, the focus now is simple: scale delivery fast, without losing control.

Your Role

  • You’ll act as the central control tower across a live portfolio of 50+ sites, ensuring everything from planning to energisation runs smoothly.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery programme.
  • Drive performance across multi-site infrastructure rollout.
  • Identify and unblock risks, delays & bottlenecks.
  • Align design, grid, construction & commercial teams.
  • Build reporting, systems & scalable delivery processes.

In short: you make delivery predictable, controlled, and scalable.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure programmes.
  • Strong grasp of critical path, dependencies & delivery risk.
  • Background in construction, energy, utilities or EV.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
