Intervl are supporting a leading EV charging company with their search for a Head of Business Development to lead the sales function. In this role you will lead from the front, drive sales growth and build a high-performing sales team in the rapidly expanding EV sector.
The Role:
As the Head of Business Development, you will:
- Lead and inspire the business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Roll up your sleeves and actively engage in high-value client acquisition and partnership-building.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across key sectors, including facility management, workplace parking, car park operators and commercial real estate.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to position the company as the partner of choice in the EV charging market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
