Intervl are partnered with a rapidly scaling EV infrastructure business that is expanding its footprint and is looking to appoint a Site Acquisition Manager to take ownership of new site delivery across London. This role is suited to someone who thrives on momentum, decision-making and seeing deals through. You’ll be trusted to find opportunities, assess viability and drive them forward with minimal hand-holding.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing and securing new sites across London
  • Building and leveraging relationships with agents, landlords and off-market contacts
  • Taking ownership of deals from first conversation through to completion
  • Coordinating commercial, planning, power and legal inputs
  • Continuously refining how sites are sourced, assessed and progressed

  • Site Acquisition experience from industries such as Parking, F&B Drive-thru, Roadside Developments
