Intervl are partnered with a growing EV charging business that are looking to hire their first senior commercial hire to the business. This role reports directly into the Managing Director, and offers a genuine opportunity to build the commercial function from the ground up and grow into a Sales Director.
You’ll take full ownership of the sales and go-to-market strategy, building processes and commercial structure. This includes developing pipeline and forecasting models, implementing KPIs and sales processes, and leading sales activity from the front in the early stages.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, winning business themselves, and putting the foundations in place for scale. As the business grows, there will be the opportunity to hire and develop a sales team to support revenue targets. A clear progression path is mapped out, with the role naturally evolving into Sales Director as the commercial function matures.
- Has led or built a commercial function before
- Enjoys building something meaningful rather than inheriting a large team
If you’re a commercially driven sales leader looking for autonomy, influence and a clear growth journey, I’d be keen to speak.
