Intervl is partnered with a fast-scaling EV charging business that is hiring a Sales Director to build and own its entire commercial engine.
This is not a step-in role. This is a build-from-scratch mandate.
The team is looking for a leader who brings new ideas, new ways of working, and can take ownership of the commercial function.
The opportunity:
- Full ownership of sales, business development, partnerships, pricing, and GTM
- Design and scale a direct enterprise sales machine (no resellers)
- Close multi‑£m, long‑cycle deals with fleet operators
- Manage the sales cycle from end to end, including RFPs and frameworks
- Build the systems, team, and GTM strategy
