We are supporting a retained search for a Venture Development Manager within a UK-based accelerator programme focused on helping innovative energy businesses scale faster and more effectively.

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience supporting early-stage or growth-stage companies, particularly where technology, commercialisation, and route-to-market strategy intersect. The role will involve working closely with innovative SMEs, helping diagnose growth barriers, shaping commercial support plans, and connecting businesses with the right expertise, networks, and opportunities to accelerate progress.
