Intervl are partnered with a well backed, innovative technology business in the electric vehicle and smart energy sector that is seeking a talented Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding, integration, and ongoing platform success.

The Role
As Implementation Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for B2B software clients, ensuring seamless deployment of platforms and white-labelled apps. You’ll blend technical know-how with strong client relationship skills to drive adoption, deliver value, and build long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end implementation process for software clients, from onboarding through to successful go-live.
- Guide customers through system integration and white-labelled product deployments.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (engineering, product, support) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations on configuration, customisation, and roadmap alignment.
- Run regular check-ins and account reviews to measure adoption, performance, and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions quickly.
- Capture client feedback to inform product improvements and feature development.
- Keep ahead of trends in EV technology, smart energy, and connected software to support clients effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical delivery role (Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, etc.).
- Strong background in app development, software deployment, and white-labelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS models, API integrations, and platform rollouts.
- Interest or experience in EV, energy systems, or clean technology.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with iOS/Android mobile platforms, web applications, or connected devices.
