360 Recruitment Consultant – Cleantech & Climate Tech

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission + progression

Are you an experienced 360 recruiter looking to work in one of the fastest-growing and most impactful sectors in the world?

This is not “just another recruitment role.” You’ll be working directly with founders, investors, and leadership teams on assignments that shape the future of energy and mobility.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the full 360 recruitment process – BD, client management, headhunting, and delivery.
• Building relationships with VC-backed founders and investors, becoming a trusted partner.
• Managing senior-level searches (Director, VP, C-Suite) across Europe and beyond.
• Contributing to Intervl’s growth story – with opportunities to build your own vertical and team.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven 360 recruiter with 2+ years’ experience (sector background flexible).
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Driven, entrepreneurial, and excited by working in a high-growth environment.
• Interest in cleantech, climate tech, or the energy transition (no prior sector experience needed – just the passion to learn).
