Working on some exciting growth within the renewable energy space and looking to speak with Civil Structural Engineers who enjoy the technical side of engineering, not just project coordination. This role sits right at the heart of clean energy project delivery, supporting a mix of wind, solar, BESS, and emerging technologies across international projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing foundations for wind turbines (gravity base / anchored) and solar pile systems
- Carrying out technical calculations and detailed structural design (not just overseeing)
- Reviewing and optimising third-party engineering designs
- Supporting projects from early-stage development through to delivery and operations

What they’re looking for:
- Strong background in civil / structural engineering (infrastructure, bridges, energy or similar)
- Experience with reinforced concrete, foundations, or piling design
- Comfortable with hands-on calculations (FEA experience a bonus)
- Understanding of design standards (Eurocodes ideally, others a plus)
- Able to balance technical quality with commercial awareness
Why this role:
- Proper technical engineering focus, not just project management
- Exposure to large-scale renewable energy projects globally
- Opportunity to work across multiple technologies (wind, solar, storage, hydrogen)
- Strong platform for career development towards chartership
If you’re someone who enjoys solving engineering problems and wants to apply that to real world energy infrastructure, this is worth a conversation.
