We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to support the successful rollout of EV charging projects. In this role, you’ll coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage documentation, and act as a key link between contractors, local authorities, and internal teams. Your focus will be to keep projects running smoothly, on time, on budget, and in full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on-site activities, working closely with contractors, delivery teams, and local stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts and project documentation, ensuring key milestones are tracked and deadlines met.
  • Handle permits and approvals, including Section 50 applications, parking bay suspensions, and traffic management plans.
  • Maintain compliance with local authority regulations, health & safety policies, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor budgets and costs, providing updates on financial performance and forecasting.
  • Report on project progress, risks, and key deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues on-site, supporting contractors and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
