We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing EV charging business based in Milton Keynes. You’ll be the key link between clients and the business, ensuring that projects and services run smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong relationships with clients across public charging and commercial EV projects
- Acting as the main point of contact for accounts, handling queries and resolving issues quickly
- Supporting onboarding and training for new customers
- Monitoring service performance and ensuring SLAs are achieved
- Working closely with project, service, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client services (ideally in EV, renewables, or technology)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with a customer-first mindset
- Based in/around Milton Keynes with some travel flexibility
