Overview: We are a growing small business looking for a part time proactive and organised HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and hands‑on role that sits at the heart of our people function, supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to offboarding. You will work closely with managers across the business to deliver a responsive HR service, coordinate our hiring activity, and ensure our people processes run smoothly and compliantly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a broad HR career within a friendly, fast‑paced environment.
About You:
- Previous experience in an HR administration or recruitment role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
- Some knowledge of employment law fundamentals and HR best practice
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal – with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR/recruitment systems including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
- Exposure to payroll processing or liaison with an external payroll provider
- Experience working in a small or medium‑sized business environment
