HR & Recruitment Administrator (3 days each week). We are a growing small business looking for a proactive and organised HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role that sits at the heart of our people function, supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to offboarding.
You will work closely with managers across the business to deliver a responsive HR service, coordinate our hiring activity, and ensure our people processes run smoothly and compliantly. - Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment activity including drafting job adverts, sourcing applicants via our LinkedIn Recruiter licence and screening applications.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Administer annual leave and absence records, flagging patterns where appropriate. Support the preparation of HR reports and management information as required.
- Payroll & Benefits: Exposure to payroll processing or liaison with an external payroll provider.
- General Administration: Liaison with WeWork offices in Central London regarding office booking/guest passes. Assistance with travel/accommodation booking for company events.
Previous experience in an HR administration or recruitment role. Some knowledge of employment law fundamentals and HR best practice. Proficient in HR/recruitment systems including LinkedIn Recruiter. CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards). 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements. Pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance.
