Founded in Austria in 2016, iov42 was born out of a bold vision: to unlock the potential of secure, transparent, and trustworthy data sharing across the world’s most complex industries. Today, our team of experts spans 12 different nationalities and operates across Europe, bringing together a wealth of diverse perspectives and technical know-how to solve the unique challenges of our globalised economy.
We are passionate about the impact our product is making, especially in sectors like sustainable supply chain management and traceability. Our flagship application, Interu (interu.io), is enabling organisations to track forest risk commodities across their supply chains and meet sustainability targets and regulations. By doing so, we are helping combat deforestation and the illicit trade in commodity supplies. Designed for scalability, Interu supports an ever growing number of supply chains and organisations, with the flexibility to onboard other industries and products seamlessly.
We’re looking for an Implementation Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Customer Success, to lead client onboarding projects and coordinate the multiple workstreams, stakeholders and timelines required to implement Interu successfully for enterprise customers. You’ll bring structure and clarity to complex projects, including data integrations with client systems, and act as a clear, organised bridge between technical and business teams. In this role, you’ll help organisations prepare for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), strengthen supply chain traceability, and support their sustainability compliance efforts. We’re a small team located throughout Europe, however, this role will principally be located around our London team.
When we’re looking for new team members, we’re not just looking for fantastic background experience; we are also looking for people that are mission-driven and that fit our ethos of being kind, curious and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for enterprise customers, coordinating timelines, deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams (data integration, platform setup, supplier engagement and training).
- Act as the primary project point of contact for the customer, ensuring effective communication and alignment between their technical and business teams and Interu’s internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Customer Success).
- Coordinate technical setup activities between our integration team and customers, including API integrations between Interu and external systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, anticipate blockers, and ensure clear reporting on progress, next steps and decisions.
- Facilitate internal and external project meetings, prepare updates and documentation, and maintain structured tracking through our project tools.
- Support process improvement and consistency across onboarding projects by helping define and refine Interu’s implementation methodology.
- Ensure onboarding is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations and Interu’s standards for quality and impact.
- Contribute to customer enablement by supporting training sessions and documentation when needed.
- 4+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects involving API or systems integration between enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and SaaS applications.
- Confident working with technical teams and understanding data flows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Team player, able to coordinate and build strong working relationships with all partner functions: Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to planning and delivery with a customer‑first mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast‑paced, high‑growth teams.
- Business‑fluent in English; additional languages such as Dutch, German or French are a plus.
- Passion for environmental, climate, or sustainability issues, and a genuine interest in supporting organisations working towards positive impact.
- A competitive salary of c. ÂŁ50-60k (depending on skills and experience)
- Employee Share Plan
- Life and health insurance
- The opportunity to work remotely 3 days/week and 2 days/week from our London Wework office
- A technical challenge on a project that can make a difference
