Sales Operations Administrator – IT Channel
- Nottingham

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth and professional communication.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, assisting with general enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Manage the Partner mailbox, categories and assigning requests to appropriate team members.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations, working closely with the Trading Manager to maximise quote conversion.
- Set up and maintain customer Procurement Portals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing for non-standard products and bespoke customer requests.
- Process customer orders accurately, providing clear estimated delivery times and managing expectations.
- Ensure customer reports are delivered within agreed timeframes.
- Support additional reporting requests related to account management.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company\’s products and services to provide informed support.
- Follow company processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years\’ experience in a B2B Sales focussed Administration role is essential.
- Previous experience within the technology industry, an IT MSP, or VAR would be beneficial.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written ability, with experience of using CRM systems/tools (Salesforce ideally).
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive & positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
