THE ROLE
Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for building strong consultative relationships and driving significant growth in revenue from an existing client base? We are searching for driven sales individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment to join an established and rapidly growing technology company who provide innovative and market-leading fleet software solutions to businesses across the UK and beyond.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across a comprehensive suite of products, with the aim of increasing their monthly recurring revenue (MRR) spend.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must have a permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK, residing within a commutable distance of Leeds. Please note that our client cannot offer visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Understand your clients\’ objectives and challenges to identify and maximise on opportunities for revenue growth.
- Achieve sales targets by increasing MRR contract values across your client base.
- Build and nurture existing client relationships, responding promptly to issues to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and information recorded in the CRM and sales pipeline.
- Meet daily KPI targets by prioritising customer outreach.
- Provide insights to the wider business on industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to enhance future product development.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Highly motivated and target driven, with an ability to drive results independently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with key decision makers.
- Strong and consultative relationship building skills, able to instil trust, understand needs, and develop long-term partnerships with clients.
- Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced working with CRM systems and developing sales pipelines (Salesforce would be a bonus!)
- Highly resilient, capable of handling objections and turning them into opportunities.
