Intertek Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Laboratory Operations and Projects Manager to run day-to-day site laboratory operations, drive performance against KPIs, and deliver strategic projects across quality, customer service and commercial teams.
You will lead 30–35 colleagues, optimise staffing, resources and budgets, ensure ISO/IEC 17025/UKAS compliance, and shape the future capability of the laboratory network through continuous improvement and investment.
