b Overview /b p As an Immunoassay Scientist, you will develop and validate immunoassay methods in a regulated bioanalytical setting. You’ll contribute to a collaborative Immunoassay team delivering high-quality analytical data for diverse projects. You’ll own method development and validation activities and engage client-facing communications. The role offers progression as you tackle broader lifecycle activities from design to sample analysis, within a global, quality-driven environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape assay performance in PK/ADA and biomarker contexts. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Competitive salary/benefits /li li Development and career opportunities around the Globe /li li Client-facing technical work within a dynamic, collaborative team /li li Global network of inspiring colleagues /li li Equal Opportunity Employer /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Design, execute and optimise immunoassay method development experiments /li li Lead method validation activities in line with regulatory and industry guidance /li li Generate, interpret and report high-quality analytical data /li li Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend appropriate solutions /li li Communicate results and technical approaches directly with clients /li li Support and mentor junior analysts, sharing technical knowledge and best practice /li li Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with GLP/GCP and internal quality systems /li li Work priorities agreed with Team Leader, with growing autonomy as experience develops /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related scientific discipline /li li Strong experience in a GLP/GCP regulated bioanalytical laboratory /li li Immunoassay method development and bioanalytical method validation experience /li li Experience supporting PK, ADA (immunogenicity) and biomarker assays /li li Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /li li Clear written and verbal communication, including client-facing interactions /li li Strong numeracy and data analysis skills /li li Good IT literacy and experience with laboratory data systems /li li Experience training/mentoring junior staff /li li Experience with MSD and/or Gyrolab platforms is desirable /li /ul ul li clear communication /li li problem-solving /li li mentoring and knowledge sharing /li li immunoassay method development /li li bioanalytical method validation /li li GLP/GCP compliance /li /ul
