ABOUT YOU
You will work very closely with the UK Head of Talent Acquisition to drive innovation and identify continued improvement strategies, best practice and mitigate risk to the company brand as an employer of choice.
- Previous working experience in an in-house TA team and agency
- A wealth of experience leading and driving successful teams
- Able to build successful relations for stakeholders and drive best practice
- Lead and consult business on best approach on filling vacancies
- Build strong relations with suppliers and build reputation
- Demonstrate an understanding of market/industry trends and their related effect on talent acquisition
- Have a strong understanding of GDPR
- Unconscious bias and discrimination to mitigate risk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong team player
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage a team of three Talent Partners to ensure continued delivery and high-quality service
- Drive success and mentor individuals' progress and yearly goals/KPIs agreed
- Attracting and head hunting the best talent via multiple sources
- Assess and review candidates for specific skill requirements and cultural fit
- Approach all recruitment activities with a strong focus on GDPR and employment law to mitigate risk
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and the HR Business Partnering team to understand the business needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Promote the company brand as an employer of choice via social media and attending events in person
- Travel across the UK business lines when required to build relationships and maintain a strong presence
- Lead by example by driving own talent pipelines campaigns and working to KPIs
