ABOUT YOU
As the Graduate Engineer you will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn. You will work closely with the Group Manager and Team Leader supporting project delivery and contributing to technical reporting and client engagement.
Required skills and experience
- A degree in a relevant scientific or engineering subject
- Some laboratory experience in metallurgical materials science or chemical environments
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

About the Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects within the Exploration & Production business line supporting analytical testing and consultancy services across the oil and gas value chain. You will be part of a collaborative team contributing to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Key activities
- Undertake project work under limited supervision
- Record and interpret analytical and test results accurately
- Produce clear and concise technical reports
- Support client queries and contribute to report preparation
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Participate in Kaizen 5S processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Understand and apply project management systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and procedures
- Champion Intertek's values and contribute to a performance culture focused on exceeding customer expectations
