Auditor- 2nd Shift in London

Due to our ongoing success, we are looking for a QRS/Retail Auditor to collaborate with leading global fast-food brands, ensuring they maintain the highest quality standards. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in upholding food safety across the UK. We are actively seeking individuals with expertise in Food Service or Retail Food to join our esteemed global team as a QRS/Retail Auditor. This opportunity is on a zero-hours basis, specifically covering the London area. Join us in this essential mission for food safety excellence. We are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as a QRS/Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours contract to cover the East Midlands region. Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential Full UK Driving licence and own car As a QRS/Retail Auditor, you will be part of Intertek SAI Global business and will be travelling to client sites to conduct the audit for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues on a zero-hours contract. Be responsible for auditing some of the most well-known names on the UK high street against the appropriate food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards. Conduct food safety, brand standards and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations Consult, coach and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices Work with account management teams to resolve client challenges Additionally, due to the nature of the role (which will be on a flexible contract), access to own transport is essential and the role will involve both weekend and evening work.
