Business Development Executive - Waste Management in Gloucester

You will be comfortable managing long and complex sales cycles, building trusted client relationships, and converting technical capability into commercial opportunity. Proven business development or sales experience within pharma services Strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, services, and industry dynamics Demonstrated ability to grow existing client accounts while winning new business Experience managing long, complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness, including revenue targets, pipeline management, and growth metrics Comfortable working at pace across multiple clients, projects, and timelines In this role, you will take ownership of revenue growth across a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients, combining account development with new business acquisition. Working closely with Technical Experts, you will lead client engagement, opportunity identification, and proposal development within a complex pharma services environment. Grow existing pharmaceutical client accounts while actively acquiring new business Develop and manage a strong commercial pipeline through active prospecting Work collaboratively with technical and operational teams to secure complex projects Attend industry events and conferences to support networking and lead generation Operate with flexibility across regions, with travel for client meetings as required .
