Overview

This is a customer-facing coordination role where you will be responsible for managing bunker quantity surveys from start to finish. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring smooth delivery of work and prompt follow-up on all requests.

Responsibilities

  • Quote, organise, coordinate, and report bunker quantity surveys on behalf of clients
  • Collate and issue monthly statistics reports and client-specific weekly/monthly updates
  • Maintain daily contact with clients via phone and email to ensure service quality
  • Use the Lintec Main Database to manage logistics, statistics, and reporting
  • Coordinate and report on ad-hoc client jobs (OCM testing, fire-fighting foam testing, pretesting)
  • Approve subcontractor invoices for completed work
  • Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution of all enquiries

Qualifications / Skills

  • You will be detail-oriented, organised, and confident in managing multiple priorities. You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy problem solving, and be able to work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high standards are consistently achieved.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good IT skills with the ability to work with databases and generate reports
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of client requests
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Experience in coordinating logistics or client services (advantageous)
