Intertek, a multinational company leader in ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, Certification) Services, is looking for an NDT QC Supervisor - Level II to be involved in an important project in the island of Venice. The selected profile will coordinate and optimize NDT activities liaising with the QC NDT Supervisor in order to act as a reference person for the Corporate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the NDT team by allocating personnel on projects or site activities, perform induction hands-on job and, if needed, can request training and/or new recruitment of NDT personnel to Corporate functions.
  • Provide feedback about specific occurred cases to Corporate functions so that it can be used as a case study in R&D.
  • Provide answers and advice on all NDT matters as required by projects.
  • Deal with Third Parties, Quality Control Manager, Supervisors on site and Corporate functions regarding NDT matters.
  • Follow and liaise with Corporate/Engineering for NDT qualification sessions.
  • Provide NDT technique and write and revise NDT procedures following QC NDT templates and liaising with Corporate and Engineering.
  • Ensure the coordination and supervision of NDT activities of projects for the area of competence.
