Intertek is looking for a Material Management Coordinator for a 2 years major project in Liverpool bay. The selected profile will be responsible for managing the delivery of company-procured equipment and material, assuring that they meet contractual quality specifications and project delivery requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in testing and maintaining the Material Control System to be utilised at site in accordance with Company Procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Receiving purchase orders (PO) and maintaining PO record files.
  • Entering material received into the Material Control System and recording heat cast number of material.
  • Filing all material/equipment test certificates for site records.
  • Keeping the situation of available material and incoming material up to date and providing assistance for feasibility analysis.
  • Checking packing list against purchase orders on receipt of material and raising non-conformity reports (NCR).
  • Maintaining material traceability and positive material identification system, in accordance with company procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Issuing daily receiving reports to Procurement, Field Engineering Manager, Construction Site Representative, and Planning Engineer.
  • Issuing weekly Material Received Summary Report to the Planning Engineer, Field Engineering Manager, and Construction Site Representative.
