Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for an Inspection Method Engineer for a project based in Guardia Perticara for Tempa Rossa Site.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimize the inspection philosophy in line with TotalEnergies standards and the legislation in force.
- Update the Inspection plan into IDMS (Inspection Data Management System, ANTEA) according to the plant modifications, new inspection scopes and RBI output.
- Support data collection for RBI study and follow-up its execution for Oil Centre and Flowlines.
- Ensure adequate adjustment of Inspection Programs/Plans according to RBI output.
- Collect the inspection data to draft the monthly inspection report.
- Support the Corrosion Engineer for the assessment of the major corrosion threat and adjust the inspection plan consequently.
- Develop a Written Scheme of Examination when required according to Company and International Standard.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary support to inspection activity attending to the “5 weeks look ahead” weekly meeting and update inspection main activities in Integrated Operational Planning (5 month look ahead).
- Facilitate the interface between Authorities and CPY for Inspection activities.
- Monitor & audit the contractors performance & quality on site.
- Follow up and support General Inspection Service Contract team daily activities.
- Assure the quality of the information for feedback (KPI) and reporting.
- Validate inspection reports and ensure anomalies are properly managed through SAP notifications (CMMS).
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and Italian regulations minimizing the production short falls.
- Attend to the weekly and daily inspection meetings.
