ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Supporting the Collections, Working Capital and Project Management teams. In this varied role, you will be responsible for finance reporting, maintaining Power BI dashboards, coordinating project administration activities, managing key data and documentation, and supporting business performance through accurate reporting and analysis. Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will play an important role in ensuring efficient processes, compliance, and the successful delivery of team objectives.

Key activities:

  • Full responsibility of regular daily/weekly/monthly finance reporting for Collections, Working Capital and Project Management.
  • Daily and monthly management of the Power BI dashboards to support collections and working capital activities.
  • Review and complete administration/liquidation packs to ensure proof of debt submitted accurately and timely.
  • Daily download of all bank account payments and sharing with relevant team.
  • Completion of daily metrics file to show progress against set targets.
  • Project management administration via Smartsheet and Microsoft applications.
  • Collation of monthly EDC file and managing adhoc requests for information.
  • Supporting consistent adherence to local company policies.
  • Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Research as requested and compile and summarise information for reports or presentations.
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities.
