ABOUT YOUWe are seeking someone who has deep knowledge and experience of brand standards within an international QSR Brand. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience of restaurant management or auditing.Required skills and experience:Brand standard experience within an international QSR BrandExcellent attention to detailMinimum of 5 years of restaurant management or auditor experience in EMEA region globallyCompetent in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint (extensively) and Excel)Good Analytical skillsComfortable with critical thinking tasks, problem solving investigations and corrective action opportunitiesGood Planning & organisational skillsComfortable with critical thinking tasks, problem solving investigations and corrective action opportunitiesHas previous experience with training restaurant teamsFluent in EnglishPosition will require ad-hoc travel to RBI markets in EMEAABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThe REV & Brand Standards specialist will be responsible for supporting initiatives to improve the EMEA REV Program and support EMEA Brand standards & Guest Experience projects to improve day-to-day restaurant operations. You will work closely with the Brand Standards Manager and the Head of Field Execution at RBI and with the RBI EMEA Technical account teamKey activities:Key Performance IndicatorsSuccessful Implementation of new REV (Restaurant Excellent Visit) protocolsSuccessful Implementation of Operations initiativesImprovement in REV Overall Score & Sub-metricsScoring accuracy of newly implemented REV questionsAssist in the creation of new protocols and procedures connected to the audit programSupport the implementation of new protocolsMonitor the execution of REV protocolsCollaborate with the Operations Leads to monitor compliance of mandatory RBI protocols (e.g.

restaurant temp. closures)Analyse REV results to identify improvement areas and operations performance gapsBrand Standards & Guest ExperienceAssist to develop and implement OPS improvement initiativesGather best practices from all EMEA brands and markets for specific projects and propose solutions for the identified issuesIdentify and understand issues, create a root cause analysis, and define action plans and frameworks for any identified issues within the programAssist in the creation of Operations Policies, Procedures, Toolkits & Training Materials for any issues identified if requiredSupport with maintaining operations manuals for all brandsWHAT WE OFFERJoin Intertek and become part of our global network of inspiring and entrepreneurial colleagues.
