ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Aberdeen team in a varied and fast-paced role, providing essential administrative support across the business. From preparing quotations and processing sales orders to supporting operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key activities:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations, ensuring compliance with pricing, terms and conditions, and authorisation procedures.
- Process sales orders and prepare job packs, ensuring all required client information is obtained and recorded.
- Support the coordination and ordering of PPE, liaising with stakeholders and providing status updates as required.
- Provide cover for the Operations Administrator in their absence.
- Administer employee expense claims and company credit card processes in line with company policies and procedures.
- Set up meeting rooms and support internal meetings, training sessions, and events as required.
- Provide reception cover during breaks, holidays, and other periods of absence.
- Manage the identification, scanning, and distribution of delivery documentation to support proof of delivery requests.
- Act as an iConnect Super User, promoting best practice and supporting consistent system usage across the business.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and other duties as reasonably required.
