Provide advice and support to small, medium and large food manufacturers in the areas of legality including food labelling, HACCP, hygiene, nutrition and interpretation of test results.
Trained as a food standards inspector, and an ISO9001 and BRC auditor, and developed several inspection platforms relating to food safety and hygiene.
Qualifications
Awarded MChemA in 1996 which enabled appointment as Public Analyst and scientific advisor for local authorities in the UK and as expert witness for the courts.
Experience with several commercial laboratories as a technical and quality advisor and laboratory manager.
