QSR Food Retail Auditor

ABOUT YOU We are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as a QRS/Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours, to cover the Carlisle Cumbria region. Required skills and experience: Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential Full UK Driving licence and own car ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a QRS/Retail Auditor, you will be part of Intertek SAI Global business and will be travelling to client sites to conduct the audit for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues on a zero-hours contract.
