The Talent Agent will play a key role in growing and developing InterTalent’s share of business in the Broadcast, Digital, Branding and Entertainment sector by partnering with our clients to create an innovative, collaborative and operational environment in which each and all can reach their fullest potential. A key position in building InterTalent’s offering as the most driven and creative representation of leading talent across the Broadcast, Digital and Entertainment business. The successful applicant will work within our unrivalled team to support our clients in reaching their full potential in finding opportunities through innovation, collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic management of clients with support and access to leading decision makers (Broadcasters, production companies, commercial partnerships, brand building, IP creation, marketing, content creation, creative services, digital strategy, live events, publishing, corporate events).
- Client Retention – ensuring top level service and career progression of all those we represent.
- Client Recruitment – focus on evolving and bringing in new and high potential, high revenue generating talent.
- Keeping across all the latest deals: forming and leveraging top level connections across the industry; sharing information with the wider Entertainment team.
- High level negotiations (with full support) for all relevant clients and overall responsibility for your own P&L.

- Significant Talent Management experience.

The role covers the day-to-day overseeing and management of artists’ careers in the entertainment industry. You should be willing to proactively source new work, income and opportunities for the clients by leveraging your contacts and building your network through meetings and introductions to key stakeholders in the business. Management duties include: diary management, travel logistics, artist liaison, social media management, content creation, financial admin (e.g. invoicing and contracts), attendance and accompanying clients to TV records, photo shoots, events and red carpets, deal negotiation, proactive pitching and suggesting clients for new work, taking meetings with industry contacts.
