About the Job:
Assist with administration and support across a variety of clients, helping the company director manage time effectively. Provide support across the company as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day logistics and diaries for high-profile clients and the Company Director.
- Assist with brand partnerships and corporate events, preparing clear client briefs and guiding clients through content creation.
- Take clear, concise meeting notes and circulate them.
- Ensure clients have easy access to necessary documents (contracts, payments, etc.).
- Keep client biographies and stats up to date on the company website and client media cards monthly.
- Track partnerships, broadcasts, and paid activities in the internal forecasting system.
- Manage end-to-end brand deals, including contracts.
- Occasionally attend events/shoots with clients.
- Coordinate client logistics with agencies and partners, anticipating potential questions or concerns (e.g., tech requirements, preferred suppliers).
