b Overview /b p In this role you will support InterSystems clinical safety agenda by adapting the Clinical Safety Management Framework and delivering assurance across product lines. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to assess risk, produce safety reports, and guide customers and the ISC team on lessons learned. You will also train groups and possibly serve as Clinical Safety Officer or signatory as needed. The position emphasizes patient safety and governance in a global context. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide clinical safety assurance across InterSystems products /li li Adapt and refine the Clinical Safety Management Framework and Plan /li li Serve as escalation point for clinical safety issues /li li Create safety reports from customer and staff inputs /li li Conduct clinical safety assessments to support patient safety /li li Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (regional edition, implementation, support) /li li Deliver clinical safety training to internal and external groups /li li Participate in Clinical Safety Group activities /li li Create and maintain region, project and clinical safety documentation /li li Provide on-site clinical safety/risk assessment advice /li li Share lessons learned with customers and ISC team /li li Prepare to act as Clinical Safety Officer or signatory as required /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong understanding of clinical workflows across inpatient and outpatient settings /li li Proven stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills /li li Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities /li li Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities /li li Excellent communication and presentation skills; multilingual as required by location /li li Experience with Clinical Governance and clinical risk management activities /li li EMR/HIS experience or health IT implementation experience (preferred) /li li Experience in developing and delivering training materials or coaching (desirable) /li li Clinical qualifications (Doctor, Senior Nurse, Pharmacist or Allied Health Professional) /li li Professional registrations /li li 5-10 years of clinical experience /li li Experience in a secondary care setting /li /ul ul li stakeholder engagement /li li influencing and negotiation /li li communication and presentation /li li EMR/HIS experience /li li clinical risk management /li li clinical governance /li /ul
